However, it seems more complicated, since they'd have to find someone to put up the cash for hundreds of flights to Israel.<br /><br />An idea along similar lines would be to structure the flight grant from the Jewish Agency as a loan, which would be forgiven for people who get Israeli citizenship shortly after arrival.
